Wheelchair accessible hire at a glance
Drivable hires wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAVs) from Greystanes in Western Sydney to families, carers and NDIS support coordinators across Sydney and surrounds, including Parramatta, Blacktown, Penrith and Bankstown. Hire runs by the day, over a weekend, by the week or month, or long term with NDIS funding, and prices start at $200 a day. You book online by choosing a vehicle and your dates, and Marco Armanno, who runs Drivable, confirms the vehicle and the rate with you before anything is locked in.
Check the fit before you book
Measure the wheelchair with its passenger in it: width, length with the footplates on, and seated height to the top of the head. Then compare those numbers with the spec table on the vehicle's page.
Each vehicle page lists the ramp, the internal height, the space for the chair and how many chairs it takes. Where a number hasn't been measured yet, the table says “Ask Marco” rather than guessing.

A vehicle set up for passengers who use a wheelchair. We hire them to family members, support coordinators and caregivers, and we understand disability, mobility needs and NDIS processes.
Can NDIS funding pay for the hire?
Yes. Long-term hire funded through an NDIS plan is one of the things we set up. Tell us how your plan is managed when you call and we will walk through it.

A single day through to ongoing long-term hire. The rental periods are daily, weekend, weekly, monthly and long-term NDIS funded.
